We strongly recommend that you also read the “About Private Tours” Information relating to your tour prior to booking to ensure that you understand the itinerary, style and all the details about it. All bookings are made with Ali’s Protravel & Tours (us/we). By booking a trip with us you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation invoice.
Suggested tour itineraries and prices are valid until 31 December 2019. Beyond 31 December 2019 dates and itineraries are indicative only.
You can pay for deposit firstly to get your tour booking confirmed. Balance can be paid during the tour as cash. You may also want to pay for the balance with credit card but it must be a few days before the tour. Full payment during booking process thru our website will be accepted aswell.
Western Union, Bank Transfer etc. Please ask about it.
You are kindly required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 per tour for your booking to be confirmed.
Unfortunately the deposit payment will be non-refundable because we are required by state law to invoice the tour immediately after booking and pay all applicable taxes.
Please contact us asap when you decide to cancel your tour booking. Earlier better because this will make us available for other bookings. You don’t owe us anything if you haven’t paid any deposit…
If you cancel your tour booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip 3 days or more prior to tour date, we will retain the deposit; 3 days or less prior to tour date, It will be regarded as “no show” and we will have to retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.
If you will have to leave a tour for any reason after it has commenced, we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made.
We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or receive a full refund.
If you wish to transfer from one trip to another or transfer your booking to a third party please You must notify us prior to the proposed departure date and we will be happy to do it .
Minimum Age: For all of our tours the minimum age is 15 at the time of travel. All travellers under the age of 15 must be with the family or accompanied by a legal guardian. We have no upper age limit
